Devastation in Japan

It is almost an apocalyptic scene in Japan today as 2000 bodies wash ashore. Fears raise as nuclear plants struggle to prevent further meltdowns. People say 'it is like a horror movie our homes where lost to the tsunami and now they are telling us to stay indoors'. Concern that nuclear fallout could reach the west coast of the USA. Some experts fear an 8.0 aftershock could hit Japan at any time. Questions about the big one hitting Alaska or California waiting to be answered.

Nucular tensions in Japan

The world is watching Japan's kushima Daiichi plant since pressure has risen to 1.5 times the normal level. Japan is set to release radioactive vapor to help elevate some of the mounting pressure.
